John Turanchik

ASSOCIATE

John Turanchik is an associate attorney at Giller, P.A. His legal experience includes both work in the Florida Attorney General’s Complex Litigation Division as well as within Congress.  His extensive litigation experience spans major class actions, commercial litigation, and nation-wide constitutional challenges, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

John brings his unique perspective and experience with esoteric legal doctrines to Giller, P.A. A Florida native, Mr. Turanchik attended Duke University Law School, where he also obtained his undergraduate degree; he graduated with honors and served as the Articles Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as a staff editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review.
